Building Confidence
If you’re about to be a parent for the first time and you’re worried about things like how to feed your baby, how to care for their basic needs like diapering, swaddling, soothing, and bathing. Then this is the place for you. If you have questions about feeding your baby. How often and how much. How do I know if they’re eating enough? What will your schedule look like? How do you care for your own needs and babies needs? If these are questions that are circulating in your mind come join the class with fellow first time parents and a Doula who has been doing this for over 20 years. We want to hear from you. What are your concerns? Let’s answer your questions and make you feel more confident about moving forward.
